Since 2016, Millimeter Wave Systems, LLC is a U.S. Small Business located in Amherst, Massachusetts, USA specializing in millimeter wave and microwave hardware solutions including subsystems, modules, components & Antennas.
What We Do
Our experience includes: miniaturized multi-function phased-array modules for radar; quantum-limited cryogenic parametric amplifiers for quantum computers; latching circulators; millimeter wave hardware; frequency converters and antennas.

MWS, LLC is an ITAR Registered U.S. WOSB (Woman Owned Small Business). Staff includes industry experts responsible for the design, fabrication and qualification of products. We are focused on providing innovative, high quality products along with responsive customer service.
Capabilities & Facilities
In our facilities in Amherst, Massachusetts, we design, manufacture and verify high frequency hardware solutions. We employ accurate simulation tools including SolidWorks™, Ansys™ HFSS™ and Ansys™ Maxwell™. Our multi-disciplinary team has relevant expertise in mechanical design, microwave engineering, physics, software engineering, micro-assembly, and product verification. Our calibrated measurement capabilities range from DC to 110 GHz. Our Quality Management System, world-class New England-based supplier network and test automation allow us to efficiently and consistently produce production batch sizes ranging from one to 500 units.

Millimeter Wave Systems, LLC (MWS) is seeking a full-time Engineering Assistant to be trained in performing engineering support tasks such as precision assembly, performing measurements and preparing engineering documentation. A four year degree in a STEM field preferred. Candidates should be well organized, possess fine motor skills and be eager to contribute as part of a team. Interest in electronics and/or mechanical assembly helpful. Must be a US citizen.
Electrical Engineer

Millimeter Wave Systems, LLC (MWS) is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer with 0-5 yrs experience. Responsibilities include design, project oversight, and qualification of products that incorporate radio frequency (RF), analog and digital electronics. The position will involve working as part of a small, enthusiastic, multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with strong organizational, math, computer, and communication skills that are eager to contribute as part of a team. Must be a US citizen.
